C-TPAT Workshop
 


This is an advanced workshop geared towards the Customs Manager, Supply Chain, Logistics and Security Managers. The workshop will provide training to C-TPAT members and potential applicants on the "Evidence of Implementation" that CBP is looking for in order to meet key C-TPAT minimum security criteria. In addition, this workshop will provide guidance on how small, medium, and large companies can use existing resources within their organization / business model to reduce the costs for implementing security measures.

Workshop Will Provide Solutions to the Following:
  1. How can C-TPAT partners leverage their business partners to help ensure C-TPAT minimum security
    criteria are met?
  2. How can importers use buyers/agents/quality control personnel to ensure overseas business partners are
    adhering to C-TPAT minimum security criteria?
  3. Where should importers focus resources in the international supply chain in order to meet C-TPAT minimum
    security criteria?
  4. How can internal audits be used to ensure C-TPAT minimum security criteria are being met consistently and
    effectively?
  5. How can C-TPAT minimum security criteria be incorporated into the standard operating procedures of an
    organization?
