Customs, Export & Cargo Security

PAEI and George R. Tuttle Law Offices are pleased to announce a webinar series on import and export compliance, and CBP trade security programs. This program will provide an introduction to and foundation for further understanding of:

  • Exporter Responsibilities
  • Key Agencies governing export
  • The 10 general prohibitions of the EAR
  • Classification of items on the Commerce Control List
  • Determining Licensing Requirements based on ECCN

This two-hour session will provide an introduction to and basics of participation in each program.
