Section 301 China – List 3
Exclusions Granted 1/31/2020

On January 31, 2020, the USTR (pre-published article) granted 119 exclusion requests to the Section 301 duties levied on goods from China. The notice effects goods on List 3 and includes merchandise ranging from fish to supported catalysts to hand-operated pumps and more. See the attached list for the 119 items.

These exclusions apply from September 24, 2018 through August 7, 2020. The applicable HTS to apply to this round of exclusions is 9903.88.38.

Included in the exclusion notice are modifications to exclusions on kerosene air heaters in HTS 7322.90.0015 and on dump carts in HTS 8716.80.5090 by deleting “550” and inserting “681” in lieu thereof. Product modifications are noted in RED.
